After submitting the form, you need to mail a check for the membership dues to the address at the bottom of the page. Make checks payable to PNAA. When your payment is received, your membership will be activated and you will be sent login information which will allow you to manage your member information, including adding "for sale" items and animal profiles. You will not be billed.
