Want a future that includes FUN and PROFIT?Welcome to Sandollar Alpacas, located in the heart of the high desert Tri-Cities area of Southeastern Washington State, where we can show you how! We breed premium quality, show stopping suri and huacaya alpacas for the discriminating buyer of foundation breeding stock; AND we have the gorgeous fiber quality alpacas coveted by hand spinners, as well as the pet quality alpacas for our other customers who fall in love with those big dark eyes!Our farm is nestled on almost five acres on the eastern edge of Kennewick, WA. Meander through our web pages as you would through our peaceful, lush green pastures, filled with these delightful, serene and mythical creatures, the alpaca. You’ll find a glimpse of how our alpacas could fit into your future. We invite you to come visit! The ranch is always open to visitors by appointment (don't forget the camera!) Or come by and browse our ranch store, The Leather Sandollar, which is stocked with a variety of items from our own alpaca fleeces. Last year we introduced our Extreme Warmth® Sock line and this year we are introducing our new Heirloom Luxury® Alpaca Blanket Line. Collins is not only a talented fiber artist (spinner and weaver), he is also an unbelievably talented leather artist. You will find wonderful handcrafted items he has created. The store is open Wednesdays through Saturday, 1-4pm.Sandollar Alpacas takes great pride in three things: •Breeding premium quality huacaya and suri alpacas from the best genetics in the industry. Blue ribbon winners from Chelsea Farms (previously Latah Creek Alpacas), Pacific Crest Alpacas, Crescent Moon Alpacas, and Snowmass Alpacas make up the foundation herd at Sandollar Alpacas. •Providing one-on-one education and support for our buyers. As a family-owned business, it is our goal at Sandollar Alpacas to provide first class TLC for all our customers as well as our alpacas. In our minds, a sale is an ongoing process that begins with the first visit and never ends. We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied in every way; in fact, most of our customers also become our friends. We welcome visitors interested in finding the quality of alpacas they seek and the knowledge they need to help them succeed. •Teaching our clients the Camelidynamics® method of handling their alpacas.
